RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please notify us as soon as possible if an item arrives faulty or damaged on receipt. Please email us the order number, details of damage and photos if possible.

We accept exchanges & change of mind returns within 14 days of receipt.

Due to Health reasons we are not able to offer exchanges on earrings or wedding garters unless faulty on receipt.

Items that were purchased on ‘sale’ can’t be returned, unless they are faulty and we may be able to provide an exchange depending on availability

All items are quality checked before shipping and packaged to ensure we minimise any damage through transportation. Where possible we will replace the damaged or faulty item, if the product is out of stock or unavailable we will endeavor to provide you with an alternative product of choice or refund.
